• Service Fee: A one-time fee of $80 AUD applies.

• Job Matching: We actively seek to match you with suitable job opportunities based on your experience, preferences, and availability.

3. Employer Terms

• Screening and Referrals: We screen candidates and forward suitable applicants for employer consideration. The final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.

• Accuracy of Job Information: Employers must provide clear, accurate, and lawful job descriptions, including pay rates, locations, and conditions of work.

• Communication: Backpacker Solutions will contact employers to confirm details and discuss candidate options.

4. General Terms

• Limitation of Liability: Backpacker Solutions is not responsible for employment outcomes, job satisfaction, or issues arising between employers and employees after placement.

• Privacy Policy: All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for employment service and event promotion purposes.
