Our story
Our team leader, Jake Shorter, came to Australia from the UK right as the COVID pandemic turned everything upside down. He spent three years working on farms across Australia—from mango farms in the tropics to vineyards in the south.
He faced many challenges that backpackers still experience: figuring out where to work, what qualifications are needed and what jobs count for visa requirements.
Now settled in Sydney, Jake has made it his mission to make the process easier for other backpackers to navigate their time in Australia.
We know everyone’s journey is different, and we are committed to finding backpackers the type of work best suited to their needs and finding employers the best employees for the job.
